I spent two decades leading creative strategy for global brands across eight markets, focused on helping founders and leadership teams turn strategy into execution, and execution into measurable outcomes. The work taught me to think long-term, build systems that scale, and stay close to what actually moves a business forward.

It also showed me how often founders carry the weight alone.
